Use The Course With Your Patients
How to use Rewire Your Life with your patients.
The course uses an online learning platform. No interface with practice systems is required, just internet access. The course can be accessed from both PCs and mobile devices.
Practices purchase an annual licence enabling them to make the course available for free to any patients on their list who they assess as eligible.
Once the annual licence has been purchased by the practice, a unique Practice Code will be made available which can be given to any eligible patient at the discretion of the GP or other healthcare team member. There is no limit on the number of patients accessing the course from a given practice.
Using the unique Practice Code, the patient sets up an account and can get started immediately.
Helpful patient information and an example script and training video for clinicians are provided with the licence. Ongoing support is also provided to clinicians via email.
Once the course is “prescribed” to the patient, no further practice involvement is required in its administration. Patients can direct queries directly to us. We would signpost them back to their GP only for clinically relevant issues.
It is a self led, self paced, on demand digital product and available to the patient for as long as they require it.
Referral criteria and access requirements.
Please note the unique Practice Code should not be included on the Practice website or other public facing media. The code is only given to patients where they are deemed eligible by their clinician.
The licence fee is renewable annually.
Access for the patient is FREE at the point of delivery.
To participate the patient only requires:
-
Internet access - the course can be accessed from any PC or mobile device.
-
Sufficient digital literacy to access the online course (or be willing to learn).
-
English language proficiency adequate for course participation.
-
The unique Practice Code.
