Terms of Service

Rewire Your Life Ltd Version: 0.1 Effective date: [1/06/2026]

These are the terms on which we provide access to the Rewire Your Life course. Please read them before you sign up. They tell you what you are getting, what you are paying for, what happens if something goes wrong, and what you can and cannot do with the course content.

If you have a question about anything here, contact us at support@rewireyourlife.co.uk before you sign up and we will help.

1. What the course is — and what it is not

Rewire Your Life is a self-paced online coaching and education programme for adults living with persistent or chronic symptoms, such as fatigue, pain, brain fog, breathlessness, dizziness, or gut issues. It explores the role of the nervous system in chronic symptoms and offers ideas to help you understand and manage them. The course is delivered via our learning platform, Thinkific, and is entirely pre-recorded. There is no live teaching, no 1:1 sessions, and no personalised clinical content.

The course is not a medical or therapeutic service. It is not a treatment for any condition. It is not a substitute for the medical care you are receiving or may need. Nothing in the course constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Please continue with your medication, medical appointments, and professional advice alongside the course.

The course is not a clinical monitoring, support, or crisis service. No one at Rewire Your Life monitors your survey responses or tracks your progress in real time. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact your GP, NHS 111, or — in an emergency — 999. Our support inbox (support@rewireyourlife.co.uk) is monitored for customer queries; it is not a clinical helpline.

Sarah Lock, one of our founders, is an HCPC-registered physiotherapist. Her professional background informed the design of the course. The course itself is not physiotherapy and does not constitute the delivery of regulated healthcare.

2. Enrolling on the course

Who can use the course. The course is for adults aged 18 or over. By enrolling you confirm that you are 18 or over. The course is not designed for use by children and must not be accessed on a child’s behalf.

How enrolment works. You can sign up directly at our website, or you may have been referred to the course by a participating GP practice and given a voucher code by that practice. Both routes lead to the same course experience on Thinkific. You will need to create a Thinkific account and complete a short consent module before you can access the course content.

The consent module. Before you access the course content you will complete a short consent module on Thinkific. This covers: what the course is and is not; your responsibility for ensuring your symptoms have been investigated by a healthcare professional; and your choices about how we handle your data (including Wellness Check-in data). The consent module is a condition of access — you cannot proceed to the course content without completing it.

If you were referred by a GP practice. Your contractual relationship for the course is with Rewire Your Life Ltd — not with the referring practice. The practice has a Data Sharing Agreement with us covering what information is shared between us in connection with your referral. Section 4 below describes this in more detail.

3. Price, payment, and your right to cancel

Price and payment. The current course price is displayed at the point of purchase on our website. Payment is processed through Thinkific. We do not store your payment card details.

Your 14-day right to cancel. If you sign up directly (not via a GP-practice voucher), you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase and receive a full refund, with no reason required. This right exists under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise this right, email us at support@rewireyourlife.co.uk within 14 days of purchase. We will process the refund within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request.

After 14 days, we do not offer refunds as a general policy. However, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected — if the course is defective or does not conform to its description, you may still be entitled to a remedy regardless of this policy.

GP-referred customers. If you enrolled using a GP-practice voucher code, no payment was made by you directly to us. The 14-day cancellation right applies to consumer purchases and does not apply to a zero-cost voucher enrolment. You can stop using the course at any time.

If you change your mind after 14 days. If you are unhappy with the course after the cancellation window has passed, please contact us. We cannot guarantee a refund outside the statutory position, but we will always try to resolve genuine concerns.

4. GP-referral data sharing

This section applies only if you enrolled using a GP-practice voucher code.

Your GP practice and Rewire Your Life Ltd have signed a Data Sharing Agreement. Under that agreement, and with your explicit consent given in the consent module, we tell your practice that you have enrolled for the course. We do not share your Wellness Check-in responses, your survey responses, or your progress through the course with your practice on an individual basis.

We may share anonymised group-level evaluation data with participating practices — for example, average changes in scores across the group of patients they referred — as part of course evaluation. This does not identify you individually.

The course content and experience are identical whether you arrived by direct sign-up or by GP referral. Your contractual relationship for the course is with Rewire Your Life Ltd throughout.

The data-processing details of the GP-referral arrangement are set out in our Privacy Notice. The Privacy Notice is the data document; this section of the Terms is simply so you know the arrangement exists and what your contract is.

5. Access, availability, and course content

Access period. Your course access begins when you complete the consent module. You can use the course at your own pace. Access continues until your account is closed — see our Privacy Notice for details of when accounts are closed for inactivity.

Availability. We aim to keep the course available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The course is delivered on Thinkific, which is a third-party platform. We will use reasonable efforts to keep the course available and to tell you in advance about any planned maintenance.

Course content. We take care to ensure the course content is accurate and of good quality. We may update or improve the content from time to time. We will not make changes that fundamentally alter what the course covers without telling you.

If you cannot access the course. If you are having persistent technical difficulties accessing the course, please contact us at support@rewireyourlife.co.uk and we will try to help. If a technical issue on our side prevents you from accessing a substantial part of the course for a significant period, we will discuss an appropriate remedy with you.

6. Course content ownership and what you can do with it

Ownership. All course materials — video, audio, written content, graphics, and any other content in the course — belong to Rewire Your Life Ltd or our licensors. Enrolling gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access and use the course for your own learning.

What you can do. You can watch, listen to, and read the course materials for your own personal use. You can make personal notes.

What you cannot do. You must not copy, reproduce, record, redistribute, resell, or share course materials with others. You must not use the course for any commercial purpose. You must not allow anyone else to use your account. The course access is for you alone.

Feedback. If you share feedback about the course with us, we may use it to improve the course or our services. If you give us a testimonial and agree to its use, we will handle it in line with our marketing policy. We will never use your Wellness Check-in or survey data as a testimonial.

7. Our liability to you, and your statutory rights

What we are responsible for. We are responsible for providing you with a course that matches its description, is of satisfactory quality, and is fit for the purpose of a self-paced coaching and education programme on persistent symptoms. We are responsible for loss or damage caused by our negligence. We are responsible for loss caused by our failure to comply with these Terms.

What we are not responsible for. We are not responsible for any outcome relating to your health condition or symptoms as a result of taking the course. The course is coaching and education — not clinical treatment — and outcomes vary between individuals. We are not responsible for the content of third-party websites we link to. We are not responsible for the availability of the Thinkific platform beyond our reasonable-endeavours obligation above.

Limit on our liability. Where we are liable to you for something not listed above, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the course.

What we can never limit. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for: death or personal injury caused by our negligence; fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.

Your statutory rights. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer. In particular, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply in full regardless of anything in these Terms.

General

The contract between us. These Terms, together with any information we provided to you at the point of purchase, form the entire agreement between you and Rewire Your Life Ltd for the course. They replace any earlier versions.

Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms from time to time. For minor changes (for example, correcting a typo or updating contact details) we will update this page and note the new date. For material changes that affect your rights or what you are getting, we will tell you by email before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the course after the notified date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Privacy. How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Notice, published alongside these Terms. The Privacy Notice is separate from these Terms. The Terms tell you what you are paying for and what happens if things go wrong. The Privacy Notice tells you about your data.

Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest continues in full effect.

Governing law. These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in another part of the UK or the EU, you also have the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your territory.

Jurisdiction. Any dispute arising from these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country where you live.
